LAGOS, Nigeria – It is now five years since Olusola Abubakar Saraki died. Saraki, a well known political gladiator and philanthropist, died November 14, 2012.
To mark the 5th year of the political godfather of Ilorin, President of the Senate, Dr. Bukola Saraki, who is also a benediciary of his late father’s political wisdom, hosted well wishers in remembrance of his late dad.
He was at the event with his wife, Toyin and siblings. He wrote on the social media, Dear Father: Today makes it five years since you left us. Although the years may pass, we still celebrate the legacy of your greatness, goodness, and selflessness.
Your memory remains a blessing to all the lives that you touched. Thank you Baba. We Miss You”, he said.
