LAGOS, Nigeria – Operatives of the crime fighting outfit of  Lagos State Government, the Rapid Response Squad(RRS) have rescued two kids, three(3) and five (5) years  who were abandoned at  Outer Marina, Lagos.

The two kids, a boy and a girl, Chidera(5) and Sonto Chukwu who told the RRS officials that their mother boarded a bus and abandoned them on the expressway.

The RRS said they were rescued as they were about to be run over by vehicles in Marina.

The RRS, which said the team picked them up in the evening said they have been taken to the Adeniji Adele Police division to be re-united with their parents.
