IKOYI, Lagos, Nigeria – Federal high court in sitting Lagos today ordered that the chief executive officer of capita oil and gas limited Dr Ifeayi Ubah should release within 48 hours from the custody of the directorate of state services, DSS.
Justice Mohammed Idriss gave the directive while ruling on the fundermental right enforcement application filled by capital oil boss.
