KREMLIN – President Vladimir Putin will not be present when the proposed peace talks on Ukraine will hold.
The talks are scheduled to hold on Thursday May 15 in Istanbul.
Putin has however named a delegation to represent him during the talks.
The delegation includes Vladimir Medinsky, Presidential Aide, who will be leading the delegation.
Others are Mikhail Galuzin, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia;
Igor Kostyukov, Director of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces and Alexander Fomin, Deputy Defence Minister of Russia.
