Says attack on railway in Bryansk, Kursk planned by authorities in Ukraine

MOSCOW – President Vladimir Putin of Russia has described the regime in Kiev as illegitimate and that it is gradually devolving into a terrorist organization with its sponsors becoming accomplices of terrorists.
Putin spoke following attacks on railways infrastructure in the Bryansk and Kursk region.
He said the crimes against the civilians committed ahead of the next rounds of the peace talks proposed by Russia were deliberate attempts to disrupt negotiations.
He instructed Government and regional authorities to take all necessary measures to help the families of the victims and the injured.
According to him, the incident in the Bryansk region was an intentional attack on civilians and that international law deems such acts terrorism.
He described the strikes as intentional.
