UMUAHIA, Abia – As part of Christmas and new year gift, All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA governorship candidate in Abia state Prof Gregory Ibe has provided free buses to transport Abians to their various destinations after the holidays.
He also made available a huge sum of money and buses to ensure that Abians in Abia North who are stranded due high cost of transportation caused by hike in fuel can go back to Umuahia and Aba to start their business.
He also expressed joy and happiness that Abians celebrated the Christmas and New Year without much negative experiences apart from high cost of transportation.
Ibe promised to rejig the state economy and bring purposeful development ,if he is elected governor. Some of the beneficiaries who spoke to our reporter, commended Prof Ibe for his magnanimity and prayed that God will continue to bless him for the good of the poor masses.
Chika Okoro said that anytime he thinks of selfless service to humanity, Prof Ibe comes to his mind . According to him, Ibe had on several occasion risen to the rescue of Ndi Abia at critical times.
“What comes to mind whenever I think service to humanity is Prof. Greg Ibe, the APGA Gubernatorial Candidate in Abia. He has proved beyond every reasonable doubt that he loves Ndi Abia and his interest at all times is to see Abians enjoy the basic infrastructures of life and to develop Abia beyond the expectations of many Abians.
This is selfless service to humanity and Prof. Greg Ibe should be applauded for thinking above self. He is the only gubernatorial candidate in Abia who truly cares about the well-being of Abians, and has proved it in different ways and on different occasions” he said.
Ugochukwu Asiegbu, member, Prof. Greg Ibe Media Team reacting, said that what is happening is just the tip of the iceberg. He said that ,the best thing that could happen to Abia is to elect Ibe as the governor of the state.
According to him, if Ibe emerges governor of Abia state, the people of the state will see reasons to thank God for blessing them with such God fearing and illustrious son who is progressive in nature.
” Surely, Prof. Greg Ibe will not stop putting smiles on the faces of Abians, for it is in his nature to do good. The only thing this kind man needs from Abians is their overwhelming and undivided support. I advised we wholeheartedly give our votes to him for good of Abia state
