Abuja – The Court of Appeal siting in Abuja today set aside the ruling of Justice Abang which picked billionaire businessman, Jimoh Ibrahim as candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Saturday governorship election.
Justice Ibrahim Salawu, read the judgement after the Supreme Court had on Tuesday ordered it to resolve the matter after striking out 10 motions brought before it.
The implication is that Eyitayo Jegede now becomes candidate of the PDP for the governorship election on Saturday.
Justice Salauwa also described Okon Abang ‘s Order as violent, attitudinal disposition to the Rule of Law, A damning, deprecatory attack. He described Okon Abang as father Christmas.
