OJUELEGBA, Lagos, Nigerian– Chief Executive Officer of Omatek Computer, Engr. Florence Seriki is dead. Omatek is the first indigenous computer manufacturing firm in Nigeria.
She died at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) on Friday, after a bout with cancer.
She is a fellow of Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers, Nigerian Computers Society (NCS) and the Institute of Directors.
She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University).
