OGUN, Nigeria – The Oluwo Oba, Chief Olusegun Osoba has announced the passing of Olu of Kobape, His Royal Majesty, Oba Olufemi Taylor.
The former governor of Ogun State, said in statement on his letterhead that he is announcing the development on the authority and approval of the paramount ruler of Egbaland, HRM, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo, CFR.
In the statement dated 24, December 24, 2021, Osoba said arrangement for the administration of the affairs of Kobape Kingdom is being put in place by the Alake of Egbaland.
“On the authority and approval of the paramount ruler of Egbaland, HRM, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo, CFR, I announce that the Olu of Kobape, HRM Oba Olufemi Taylor has joined his ancestors.
“Arrangement for the administration of of the affairs of Kobape Kingdom is being put in place by the Alake of Egbaland”, he said.
