Nigeria, March 12, 2016 – Former Governor of Delta State, Olorogun Félix Ibru is dead, family sources have said. He was 80 years.
Ibru, who is a consummate businessman died in Lagos after a brief illness.
He is survived by six children. Ibru started his political career in 1983 when he contested for Senate. He was elected governor of Delta State in 1991.
He was also President General of Urhobo Progressive Union (UPU).
