Oga Bello, Kosoko Floats TAMPAN

Veteran Actors in the Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners, like Adebayo Salami better known as Oga Bello, Jide Kosoko and Dele Odule have pulled out of the association to form a parallel union called Theater Arts and Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria(TAMPAN).

We gathered that they pulled out of ANTAP as a result of the ruling by Justice Bolaji Yusuf of Oyo High Court which declared comrade Victor Ashaolu as authentic chairman of the association. The new association was formed last Sunday at the Ikorodu home of Oga Bello.

Members of the interim national working committee of TAMPAN include Yemi Solade, Ebun Oloyede, Toyosi Adesanya, Ronke Ojo, Yomi Fash, Akeem Alimi, Femi Adebayo Feso Oyewole and Lanre Odeajo.
