LAGOS, Nigeria – Followers of the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi, collectively known as Obidients have rolled out a competition specifically for artists and skit makers with a grand prize of N500,000, N300,000 for the second prize and N200,000 for the third prize winner.
The participant is expected to roll out a creative song of skit with the Hash tag #alleyesonthejudiciary;#thejudiciaryontrial and#disqualifytinubunow to sentise the judiciary that Nigerians are watching them to dispense justice in the ongoing trial instituted by Peter Obi, Labour Party against President Bola Tinubu, the All Progressive Congress, APC and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal(PEPT) sitting at the Court of Appeal, Abuja.
The Obidients believe that justice in the matter will restore what they described as stolen mandate to Peter Obi, whom they believe won the February 25, 2023 Presidential election.
The creative song/skit is expected to be two to three minutes long and posted on #vawulwencespacejotchallenge.
The deadline has been fixed for July 14th, after which the winner will be announced, the group said. The flier for the competition is already trending online.
