ONITSHA, Anambra, Nigeria – The Director of  National Youths Service Corps  (NYSC), South East Area Office, Alhaji Ahmed Wada Ikaka has advised corps members deployed to Anambra State in  the 2020 Batch ‘B’ stream 1A to take their personal security seriously and avoid accepting gifts from strangers.

Ikaka gave the advice during his tour of orientation camps under his domain in the state. He further advised the corps members against keeping late hours and attending parties at odd hours .

He recounted some ugly incidents of the past where corps members found themselves in grave danger.

He expressed his joy at seeing the corps members in good health condition and congratulated them for surviving the COVID 19 pandemic as well as successfully concluding their academic pursuits, all of which he described as great feats.

The Director presented cash gifts to the quarter guard members, band ,martial arts and the dance troupe.
