IKEJA, Lagos, Nigeria – The Northern Senators Caucus in the Senate has sacked its chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu for misappropriation of N70 million which allegedly disappeared from his farmhouse following invasion of the farm by monkeys.




This is coming few weeks after N36 million was allegedly swallowed by snake from JAMB office in Benue State.

Deputy President of the Senate, Ike Ekweremadu who prescided over Tuesday’s plenary, announced the change in leadership on the floor of the house. At a press briefing at Plenary, Senator Shehu Sani said the money could not be accounted for, maybe this time monkeys have made away with the money.

Not too long ago, Senator Sani was said to have visited JAMB office with snake charmers to catch the money swallowing snake.
