GAZA, Palestine – At least 66 Palestinian children have died of starvation following months of Israeli war in the Gaza Strip.
The deaths, according to the director general Al-Shifa Hospital Mohammad Abu Selmeyah arose as a result of Israel using starvation as a weapon of war.
The director who recently realized after months of abduction by Israel said other children are suffering from malnutrition and weakened immunity, warning of a health catastrophe threatening an entire in the Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza says 73 dead bodies and 174 injured people have arrived hospitals in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours.
“A number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, unable to be reached by ambulance and civil defense crews”, the ministry said adding
that the martyrdom toll from the “israeli” aggression has risen to 56,331 martyrs and 132,632 injuries since October 7, 2023.
The martyrdom toll and injuries since March 18, 2025 has reached 6,008 martyrs and 20,591 injuries.
