MANCHESTER, London – Manchester City Council has concluded arrangement to honour American singer, Ariana Grande for exemplary courage and philanthropy.




Ariana Grande raised almost £3 million ($3.8 million) for victims of the Manchester Arena attack which was broadcast on British television.

Recall that her concert in Manchester was bombed by terrorists, leaving 22 people dead and several others injured.

But just when many were yet to get over the shock, she put together, One Love Manchester benefit concert just one week after the May 22 bombing in Manchester.

Ariana Grande will be recognized for her outstanding contributions to the city. Councilors are reportedly praising her for the goodwill she enjoys in the city.
