LAGOS, Nigeria – The Lagos Internal Revenue Service, LIRS met with representatives of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), gaming and multi-level marketing sector on deduction of withholding tax last week.
The meeting which held at Protea Hotel, Alausa, Ikeja, was well attended by stakeholders, giving the officials of the LIRS to explain the importance of deducting withholding tax at the point of making payment to clients.
Present at the meeting are Director, New Growth Areas, Mr Olujimi Aina, Executive Chairman, LIRS, Mr Ayodele Subair, Managing Director, O. M Associates, Mr Olufemi Oguntade among others.
