[wysija_form id=”1″]April 23, 2015 – The Lagos State Residents Registration Agency(LASRRA) has released various collection centres within the state for effective distribution of Residency Cards to those who have participated in the exercise.
General Manager, LASRRA Ms. Yinka Fashola made this known during at an interactive session with some members of the press on activities of the agency.
According to her, the agency is solely responsible for the registration of all residents in the state irrespective of tribe, ethnicity, religious belief and status in order to provide government with accurate and updateable data for efficient and proper allocation of resources .
She said that the permanent residents’ card collection centre is spread across the five (5) geo-political divisions in the state: Ikeja, Badagry, Ikorodu, Lagos Island and Epe.
She said that residents would get a text message from LASRRA inviting them to the nearest centre when their card is ready. According to her, the 53 card collection centres are:
Ikeja Division: Adeyemi Bero Auditorium, Alausa, Ikeja Local Government and Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area
Agege: Agege Local Government, Ifako-Ijaye Local Council development Area, Ojodu Local Council Development Area, Agbado-Odo Local Council Development Area and Ojokoro Local Council Development Area.
Alimosho: Alimosho Local Government, Ayobo/Ipaja Local Council Development Area, Egbe-Idimu Local Council Development Area, Igando-Ikotun Local Council Development Area and Mosan-Okunola Local Council Development Area
Mushin: Mushin Local Government, Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Ejigbo Local Council Development Area, Isolo Local Council Development Area and Odi-Olowo Local Council Development Area respectively.
Badagry: Badagry Local Government, Badagry West Local Council Development Area and Olorunda Local Council Development Area.
Ajeromi-Ifelodun: Ajeromi-Ifelodun Local Government and Oriade Local Council Development Area.
Ojo: Ojo Local Government, Iba Local Council Development Area and Oto Awori Local Council Development Area.
Ikorodu: Ikorodu Local Government, Igbogbo-Baiyeku Local Council Development Area, Ikorodu North Local Government and Ikorodu West Local Government.
Ikosi-Isheri: Kosofe Local Government, Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area and Ikosi Isheri Local Council.
Somolu: Somolu Local Government and Bariga Local Council Development Area.
Ijede: Ijede Local Council Development Area and Imota Local council Development.
Mainland: Lagos Mainland Local Government and Yaba Local Council Development Area.
Lagos Island East: Lagos Island East Local Government and Ikoyi-Obalende Local Council Development Area.
Surulere: Apapa Local Government, Surulere Local Government, Apapa-Iganmu Local Council Development Area, Coker-Aguda Local Council Development Area, Itire-Ikate Local Council Development Area.
Eti-Osa: Eti-Osa Local Government and Eti Osa East Local Council Development Area.
Epe: Epe Local Government and Eredo Local Council Development Area, Ibeju Lekki Local Government, Lekki Local Council Development Area and Ikosi Ejirin Local Council Development Area respectively.
