OSHODI, Nigeria – Lagos socialite, Ms. Ogbulu Chindinma Pearl has been arraigned before Chief Magistrate Kehinde Ogundare, a Special Offences (Mobile) Court sitting at Oshodi.
Chidinma Ogbulu Pearl was arraigned on a four count charge of distributing Premium Motor Spirit (PMS ) a.k.a Petrol as souvenir during her installation party on the 5th of March, 2022 at Havillah Event Centre, Lagos.
The offence according to the prosecutor violates section 251(1), 168 (1), 244 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 and Section 195 (2)(b) of the Environmental Management Protection Law of Lagos State 2017.
Chidinma Ogbulu was however granted bail in the sum of N2,000,000 and two responsible sureties in like sum. Sureties must show proof of tax clearance in the last three years with verifiable addresses..
The matter has been adjourned till 24th of March, 2022 for trial.
