ILORIN, Kwara, Nigeria – The Deputy Governor of Kwara State, Mr. Kayode Alabi on Sunday paid a condolence visit to Dr. Hezekiah Oyedepo, who lost his wife, Dr. Stella Oyedepo.
Late Dr. Stella Oyedopo was former Director-General, National Council for Arts and Culture(NCAC). The NCAC was set up by an Act of Parliament in February 21, 1975.
The National Council for Arts and Culture is vested with responsibility to assist the Federal Government in the planning, co-ordination and encouragement of arts and cultural activities in the country and other related matters.
