December 6, 2014 – Respected Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw has swelled the ranks of celebrities that have lost out in their quest to become actively involved in Nigeria’s politics.
The former Public Relations Officer of Actors Guild of Nigeria, Lagos State chapter, contested the primaries to fly the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) ticket in Odukpani, Cross River State in the 2015 general elections.
According to her, the elections which were conducted today was generally peaceful and orderly but she unfortunately lost. She has since congratulated the winner of the primaries.
