IKEJA, Lagos – Jude Okoye, manager of P-Square music brand owned by Peter and Paul Okoye and his company Northside Music were today arraigned before a Domestic and Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja on four counts charge of fraud.
He entered a “Not Guilty” plea to all the charges.
Lawyer to Jude Okoye, Clement Onwuenwunor pleaded with Justice Rahman Oshodi to admit his client to bail on the same administrative bail already granted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
