Nigeria, Sept, 15,2016 – Presidential aide to ex- President Good luck Ebele Jonathan, Waripamo-Owei Emmanuel Dudafa has been granted bail by a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos.
He was granted bail in the sum #250 million and a surety in like sum. Two others, Amajuoyi Azubike Briggs and Adedamola Boladeoku were also granted bail in the sum of #250 million each and a surety in like sum.
Justice Babs Kuewumi of the Federal High Court however ordered them to deposited copies of their international passports with the court. They are to remain in prison custody pending when they are able to meet up with the bail conditions. Details later.
