US, May 5, 2016 – Last challenger to the GOP front runner, John Kasich has suspended his quest to grab the ticket of his party, leaving Donald J Trump as the only candidate to grab the party’s ticket.

The performance of Trump in the primaries has been superb even in the face of glaring manipulation in his party by forces who detest his person.

Kasich suspended his campaign just a day after Ted Cruz quit the race after suffering a humiliating defeat in Indiana.
“I have always said that the Lord has a purpose for me as he has for everyone. And as I suspend my campaign today, I have renewed faith, deeper faith, that the Lord will show me the way forward, and fulfil the purpose of my life,” he said.

Cruz and Kasich had teamed up in an effort to defeat Trump ahead of the Indiana primaries but the exercise ended in futility.
