MANCHESTER, England – Jed Swallow, a resident of Willowfold has received a custodial sentence of 56 days for contempt of court for repeatedly breaching an injunction not to engage in conduct capable of constituting nuisance to residents of Willowfold.

The sentence will run concurrently with an activated suspended sentence of 28 days.

Jed Swallow was sentenced by District Judge, Linday Clarke at the County Court at Manchester in relation to HO1MA607, in the case between Forhousing Limited vs Jed Swallow

  The defendant had repeatedly breached an injunction that was made final on the 2nd August 2021 and amended on the 31st August 2021 on 10 breaches.

Seven of the breaches were admitted by the defendant for engaging in, or threatening to engage in, conduct capable of causing a nuisance or annoyance to any person who resides in, visits or engages in a lawful activity in the neighbourhood of Willowfold.
