PORT HARCOURT, River – Nollywood filmmaker, Michael Jaja Acha is dead. He died at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital in River State after a brief ailment.
He was 58.
It is not clear the kind of ailment that killed him.
A Nollywood star, Uche Ebere who confirmed the development on the social media described the incident as a very sad one.
She said the burial of the film director comes up at the weekend adding that a committee has been set up to take of the burial arrangement.
“I may not remember to reach everyone but if you find in your heart to support the family, please let me know”, she said.
