ISRAEL is drawing up chilling plans to execute Palestinian prisoners using a “triple-button” hanging system, it has been revealed.
Secret blueprints for a dedicated execution complex—dubbed the “Israeli Green Mile”—have been leaked as the country prepares to bring back the death penalty.
In a move that has sparked international outrage, the Israel Prison Service (IPS) is reportedly sending a specialist delegation to East Asia to study how to carry out the death sentences.
According to a bombshell report by Israel’s Channel 13, the new procedures involve:
THE TRIPLE THREAT: Executions will be carried out by hanging, with three separate guards pressing buttons simultaneously so no one knows who delivered the fatal drop.
A strict “death row” timetable where prisoners must be executed within 90 days of a final court ruling.
Prisoners marked for death will be kept in “complete isolation” from all other inmates and the outside world.
The move is being spearheaded by firebrand National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, who has called the legislation a “moral and national response” to terrorism.
The bill, which passed its first reading in the Knesset (Israel’s parliament) in late 2025, specifically targets those convicted of killing Israelis in acts of “terror or national hostility.”
Critically, the law would grant full legal immunity to the executioners and prison staff involved.
For decades, Israel has maintained a policy of “de facto” abolition of the death penalty.
Though it remains on the books for “crimes against humanity” and “treason,” it has only been used once in the nation’s history—against Nazi architect Adolf Eichmann in 1962.
