GAZA, Palestine – The Israeli Defence Forces, IDF intensified continued ethnic cleansing across the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours, killing 138 civilians the Palestinian Ministry of Health has documented.

According to the ministry, 452 others injured arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals over the past 24 hours.

“A number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, unable to be reached by ambulance and civil defense crews”, the ministry said, adding that the martyrdom toll from the “israeli” aggression has risen to 57,268 martyrs and 135,625 injuries since October 7, 2023.

The ministry said the martyrdom toll and injuries since March 18, 2025 has reached 6,710 martyrs and 23,584 injuries.

It added that the total number of those killed in the process of collecting food from the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, GHF in the last 24 hours is 62, and that more than 300 others were injured.

It said that the total number of those killed at designated centers for distributing food reached 714 martyrs and more than 4,837 injuries.

The Health Ministry said the fuel required to operate hospital generators remains unresolved, reaching unprecedented levels.

“The crisis is worsening the severe exhaustion of the healthcare system and the remaining functional hospitals”, the ministry said.

It added that the increasing number of critical injuries further heightens the urgent need to ensure generators keep powering vital departments.

According to the ministry, the”israeli” occupation is deliberately adopting a trickle policy in allowing fuel into Gaza, offering no buffer time for hospitals to continue functioning.

It noted that the continuation of temporary and emergency solutions means awaiting the shutdown of life-saving departments.

“Hospital engineering teams are overstretched trying to keep generators running, while conservation measures have become ineffective.

“The Ministry of Health renews its urgent appeal to the relevant authorities to intervene and pressure the occupation to allow the entry of the fuel supplies needed to operate hospital generators”.
