GAZA, Palestine – The Israeli Defence Forces has intensified killings in Gaza City, killing 47 Palestinians and injuring 205 others, rendering 6000 civilians homeless in 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health in Gaza, a number of victims are still under the rubble as ambulance and civil defense team are unable to reach them.
“The toll of the “israeli” aggression has risen to 64,803 martyrs and 164,264 injuries since October 7, 2023″, the Ministry said.
It added that injuries from March 18, 2025, until today has reached 12,253 martyrs and 52,223 injuries.
The number of people killed at Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, GHF in the past 24 hours is five, while 26 others were, raising the total number of Palestinians killed in quest for food to 2,484 and more than 18,117 injuries.
At least 7 new deaths due to famine and malnutrition, including 2 children, raising the total number to those killed due to famine to 420, including 145 children.
Since the IPC declared famine in Gaza, 142 deaths have been recorded, including 30 children, the ministry said.
Spokesperson for Civil Defense in Gaza, Mahmoud Bassal said
more than 6,000 citizens have become homeless after their homes were targeted on Friday.
He said more than one million people in Gaza City are threatened with death as a result of current “israeli” policies.
“Thousands of children in Gaza City are threatened with death due to starvation, lack of basic necessities for living, and the deterioration of humanitarian conditions”, he said.
