President of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian has issued a stern warning to neighboring nations, telling them not to let the US or Israel use their territory as a “launchpad” for war.

In a high-stakes phone call with Pakistani PM Shehbaz Sharif, the Iranian leader claimed Tehran is “committed to stability” but won’t hesitate to defend its borders.

Pezeshkian slammed recent military actions by the US and Israel, labeling them “illegal” and “without logic.” He told Sharif that Iran was not the aggressor but was forced to act after the “martyrdom” of high-ranking commanders and innocent students during recent strikes.

”The Islamic Republic is merely defending its sovereignty,” Pezeshkian said, insisting that hitting back is Iran’s “natural and legitimate right.”

The President didn’t mince words when it came to regional cooperation. While he touted a policy of “brotherly relations” with neighbors like Pakistan, he delivered a sharp ultimatum to other Muslim countries.

He warned that:
Muslim nations must not allow their facilities to be used for attacks on Iran.

Acting as “facilitators” for the US or Israel would only escalate regional chaos.

Security can only be achieved through local cooperation without foreign interference.

The Pakistani Prime Minister offered his “deep sympathy” over the loss of life in Iran and backed Pezeshkian’s stance on self-defense.

Sharif also thanked the Iranian leader for allowing safe passage for Pakistani ships through the vital Strait of Hormuz—a key global shipping chokepoint that has seen rising tensions in recent months.

Sharif called for a “collective effort” by Muslim nations to restore peace, adding: “Pakistan has always been and will remain by the side of the Iranian government.”
