Ondo, Nigeria – The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) today published names of candidates taking part in the Ondo Governorship election coming up in November 26, 2016.
According to INEC, 28 parties are taking part in the governorship election. INEC named Rotimi Akeredolu (60)as candidate of the All Progressive Congress(APC) for the election with Alfred Agboola Ajayi(47) as his deputy.
It named Olusola Alex Oke(60) as governorship candidate of the Alliance for Democracy(AD) and Dauda Ganny Oluwadare (59) as his deputy.
It also named Jimoh Ibrahim Folorunsho(49) as governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) with Alabi Ebenezer Omotayo (49) as his deputy.
INEC also named Dr. Olu Agunloye (62) as governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party(SDP) with Modupe Akindele Martins(43) as his deputy. It also named Aidi Bolarinwa Elijah(49) as candidate of the Unity Party of Nigeria(UPN) with Tiewei Julius (56) as his deputy.
Others are Amuda Oladare (55) for A party with Ambode Alexander Abiodun (51) as his deputy. Yinka Oloyede Orokoto(54) is governorship candidate of AA with Abiola Ojo as his deputy; Francis Adetuwo Ogunjumelo(68) is governorship candidate of ACPN, with Ikusika Grace Olanike(63) as his deputy; Princes Margareta Modupe Ogunyoku (Ojo)60 is the governorship candidate of ADC with Aganmayo Iseoluwa (34) as his deputy; Oluyi folashade Hellen(47) is governorship candidate of APA with Owoeye Damilola Jonathan (36) as deputy.
Francis Adeyemi Alao(61) is governorship candidate of APGA while Famusipe Rufus Idowu(51) is his deputy; Funmilayo Jenyo Ataunoko(43) is governorship candidate of BNPP, with Olajobi Olalekan Abimbola(45) as deputy; Fasua Peter Oyeleye(55) is governorship candidate of CPP with Owolabi Saliu Yusuf (68) as deputy.
Adeeyo Matthew Bolorundaro(59) is governorship candidate of DPC with Olaiya Remilekun Magareth (42)as deputy. Falana Olamide Juliana(33) is governorship candidate of DPP with Lawrence Kehinde Festus ( 42) as deputy. Odedeyi Olumuyiwa John (40) is governorship candidate of HDP with Olowokanga Samuel( 57) as deputy.
Samuel Oluwatoyin Akogunrin (37) is governorship candidate of ND with Famuagun Oluwatosin Moses(35) as deputy. Daniel Oludare Ogungbemi (36) is governorship candidate of KOWA Party with Fausat Adeola Aliu(62) as deputy.
Adeoti Stephen Taye (65) is governorship candidate of LP with Akinbamire Adebayo Benson (60) as deputy. Obayoriju Jimoh Abass (46) is the governorship candidate of NCP with Owolabi Olalekan Stephen(35) as deputy. Oluwadare Bada(63) is governorship candidate of NNPP with Jonathan Ajinde Sunday (59) as deputy. Ayibiowu Moses Ige(43) is governorship candidate of NUP with Ojo Akinwale Oladapo( 42) as deputy; Oluwasegun Odid( 45) is governorship candidate of PDC with Olatunji Leo Segun (39) as deputy; Adeniyi Abiodun Daniel ( 44) is governorship candidate of PPA with Oladele Tolani Bamitale( 38) as deputy.
Orunmoluyi Temidola Olagbegi(55) is governorship candidate of PPN with Onisemo Michael Oladapo(36) as deputy. Arigbede Roland Gbenga(39) is governorship candidate of PRP with Oladele Paul Oluwasesan(36) as his deputy. Olugbenga Akinwale Falaiye(42) is governorship candidate of UDP with Saibu Lamidi(51) as deputy.
Anthony Adeniyi Adeniranye(37) is governorship candidate of YDP with Egbeola Olawale Martins(39) as deputy.
