September 8, 2014 – Inspector General of Police, Mr. Suleiman Abba has ordered his men to unravel the cause of death of Vice Chairman of Sun Newspaper, Pastor Dimgba Igwe.
Igwe died on Saturday morning when he was hit by an unknown vehicle while he was jogging in the early hours of the morning near his residence in Okota, Lagos.
While recalling the many worthy contributions of the late journalist to nation building, the IGP expressed deep regrets over the death of the Journalist, who until his death was the Vice Chairman of the Sun Newspapers.
He noted that Dimgba’s death is regrettably coming at a time when his highly cerebral ideas and ingenuity are very much needed in the country.
