IKEJA, Lagos, Nigeria – The Department of State Security, DSS has detained the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Oil, Chief Ifeanyi Ubah.
It is not clear why the oil magnate was detained. But there are reports that it is connected with ongoing investigation into fuel subsidy scam.
