LAGOS, Nigeria – Guarantee Trust Bank, today issued an apology over its inability to render the usual hitch-free service to its teeming customers on Wednesday, October 4, 2017.
In a statement, the bank tendered unreserved apology for every inconvenience customers experienced due to service disruption on its banking channels on Wednesday, October 4, 2017.
“We know that when you walk into our banking halls, subscribe to our products or make use of our e-channels, it is because you expect the best from us. This is the reason we drive all our resources on a daily basis to ensuring we deliver on this promise”, the bank said.
According to the bank, “yesterday, we fell short of this promise and for this we are truly sorry”, the bank said, adding that that something went wrong, “ but we have worked hard to fix it and all services on our banking channels have been restored’, the bank said.
The bank called on its teeming customers to accept its sincere apology.
