US SOLDIERS are being told that a war with Iran is “God’s divine plan” to trigger the end of the world.
Shocking reports from across the Atlantic reveal that high-ranking military commanders have told their troops that the conflict is biblically sanctioned and will lead to the “imminent” return of Jesus Christ.
In a move that has sent shockwaves through the Pentagon, one commander reportedly told his men that President Donald Trump has been “anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran.”
According to a bombshell report from HuffPost, the religious rhetoric has reached fever pitch within certain US units. Commanders are allegedly using the Book of Revelation to justify the brewing conflict, claiming the bloodshed is a necessary precursor to Armageddon.
One whistleblowing Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) claimed his superior officer urged him to tell his troops that the war was part of a celestial script.
The NCO revealed: “He said that President Trump has been anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon and mark his return to Earth.”
The Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF), a watchdog that protects the separation of church and state in the US military, says it has been flooded with complaints.
Over 200 service members from various branches—including the Marines, Air Force, and Space Force—have reportedly come forward to express their alarm at the “unrestricted euphoria” of commanders who believe they are fighting a holy war.
The MRFF stated that many of these commanders appear “delighted” by how graphic the coming battle will be, believing the scale of the carnage is in “100% accordance” with end-of-the-world prophecy.
This isn’t the first time religion and the US military have collided, but the scale of these reports is unprecedented.
The Trump Connection: Donald Trump has long enjoyed a fervent base of support among Evangelical Christians in the US, many of whom view his Middle East policies—including the move of the US embassy to Jerusalem—as fulfilling biblical prophecy.
Critics point to the current US Defense Secretary, Pete Hegseth, who has previously been linked to Christian nationalist rhetoric. This “top-down” influence is believed by some to be emboldening commanders on the ground.
Tensions between the US, Israel, and Iran have reached a breaking point following recent strikes.
While the White House maintains these actions are for “national security,” these leaked reports suggest that for some in the chain of command, the motivation is purely messianic.
