Israel has finally accepted ceasefire after wrecking Gaza and killing almost 200 Palestinians including defenseless children.

The office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says the Cabinet met on Tuesday morning and accepted the proposal, which it said went into effect at 9 a.m.

According to the office, the ceasefire will begin within 12 hours of “unconditional acceptance” by the sides, followed by the opening of Gaza’s border crossings and talks in Cairo within two days.

Hamas is said to have acknowledged “diplomatic movement” on ending the conflict even when a senior official of Hamas is said to have been indifferent to the ceasefire.

Under the ceasefire proposed by Egypt, both sides are expected to send delegation to Cairo where terms of agreement would be reached.

The deal is coming just as Israeli military say it has shot down an unmanned Palestinian drone deployed between Israeli and Palestinian.

The deployment of drone by Palestine is perceived by experts as indicative of the increasing sophistication of Hamas whose rockets have mostly been shot down by Israel.
