September 29, 2015 – Former Presidential Candidate of the All Nigerian Peoples Party(ANPP) Mr. Gamaliel Onosode is dead. He died early today at 8.15am. He was 82.
His son, Ese Onosode made known the information in a short statement. Gamaliel who is distinguished technocrat and industrialist was educated at the Government College, Ughelli and the University of Ibadan.
He was also a former presidential adviser to President Shagari and a former president of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Onosode was chief executive and chairman of many blue chips organisation including the defunct NAL Merchant Bank.
