ABUJA, Nigeria – The Federal Government has approved release of the total sum of N375,875, 000 for the payment of whistle blowers.
In a statement, Minister of Finance, Mr. Kemi Adeosun said the money is meant for the payment of 20 information providers.
She said the information provided by the 20 informants led to the recovery of N11, 635, 000 000 from looters.
She said all payments are taxable.
