August 5, 2015 – One of the major auto dealers in Nigeria has finally bowed to pressure from the Consumer Protection Council (CPC)by refunding a total sum of N8,150,000 to the Evangelical Church of West Africa.

The money was only refunded after the CPC intervened in the matter.  ECWA made the revelation in a ‘thank you’  message to CPC thanking the organisation for intervening in the matter.

The money in question was refunded for unserviceable car earlier purchased from the firm.  CPC also got encomiums  from Mrs. Osunsanya  Olayinka for prevailing on CFAO Motors  to replace a vehicle earlier purchased from the organisation.

Utoyo Ogeneochuko also thanked the CPC for prevailing on Hyundai motors to replace a defective vehicle earlier purchased from the dealer.
