IKEJA, Lagos, Nigeria – Managing director of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, Dr. Femi Olaleye has been convicted for sexually assaulting a 17 year old niece of his wife.
Justice Ramon Oshodi convicted and sentenced him to double life imprisonment.
Earlier, Olaleye told the court that the confessional statements he made in police custody were made those statements under duress.
He also accused his well built wife, Remi of stalking his social media handles and using his phone to commit fraud.
Howard excerpts from the statement he read in open court, stated that he regrets touching the breasts and private part of then 17 year old pretty girl.
