IKEJA, Lagos, Nigeria – Doctors who did surgical operation on Vice President of Nigeria, Professor Yomi Osinbajo at the Duchess International Hospital, GRA, Ikeja, have been revealed.
The Vice President was admitted at Duchess International Hospital because of a fracture of his right femur (thigh bone), on account of a long-standing injury associated with the game of squash.
The medical team is made up of six Nigerian professionals. They are Dr. Wallace Ogufere(Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon); Dr. OM Lahoti(Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon) and Dr. Babajide Lawson(Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon).
Others are Dr. Ken Adegoke(Consultant in Anesthesia & Critical Care) Dr. Oladimeji Agbabiaka (Consultant Anesthetist) and Dr. Adedoyin Dosunmu-Ogunbi(Consultant Physician & Medical Director).
The doctors at Duchess International Hospital say the operation is successful and that Professor Yemi Osinbajo will be discharged in the next few days.
