LAGOS, Nigeria – Ifeoluwa Otedola better known as DJ Cuppy is angry. She is agitated from her cozy home far away London, where she is having some lovely time with her billionaire father, Femi Otedola.
DJ Cuppy, a very lively girl who has always been very happy is angry with the Davido’s Personal Inter State, Road and Logistic Manager, Mr. Efeare Israel over his comment on her latest musical album, Gelato, where she featured Nigeria’s music sensation, Zlatan Ibile. Gelato is the Disc Jockey’s sixth single.
DJ Cuppy and Zlatan have been best of friends at least prior to and some months after the release of Gelato. But their friendship seems to have hit the rock few months after release of the album.
Indication of this sour moments came into the public square when DJ Cupply called him out for blocking her on the social media and demanded to know the reason.
Zlatan Ibile has been quite and did not cave in to the temptation to reply this sexy young billionaire. But somehow, Efeare Israel spoke on the development and insinuated that that the frosty relationship is connected to alleged breaches in contract relating to the release of Gelato.
According DJ Cuppy, Efeare declared inaccurately that she is owing an artiste money and for this she is suing him for libel and defamation.
She puts it succinctly this way, “for the record, there have been no breaches of my contractual agreement regarding the song #Gelato as confirmed by lawyers”, she said and has decided to sue Efeare for his allegations.
