IKOYI, Lagos – Manager The Cubana, Cubana Chief Priest has withdrawn applications challenging the authority of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC to prosecute him for Naira abuse and mutilation.
At the hearing today Cubana through his Counsel said he is withdrawing the applications for settlement with the EFCC in line with Section 412 of the EFCC Act.
