A statement signed by General Manager COSON, Mr. Chinedu Chukwuji said the AGM also coincides with the 4th anniversary of COSON as a collective management organisation.
He explained that holding 4th AGM in four years apart from several Extra-Ordinary General Meetings in is evidence of an organization that is totally dedicated to complying with the rules and regulations and keeping membership informed on every subject.
He said royalties are expected to be shared among musicians during the AGM. COSON shared 50 million to musicians about six months ago when it held AGM in Lagos.
