June 1, 2015 – President Muhammadu Buhari has formalized the appointment of Managing Director of Sun Newspaper, Mr. Femi Adesina and Spokesperson of the Buhari/Osinbajo Campaign Organisation, Mallam Shehu Garba as his spokesmen.
Adesina will serve as Special Adviser on Media and Publicity while Shehu will serve as his Special Assistant on the same subject.
The President also approved the appointment of Mallam Lawal Abdullahi Kazaure as State Chief of Protocol (SCOP).
Until his appointment Adesina was President Nigerian Guild of Editors (NGE).
