August 6, 2014 – Members of the radical Islamic sect Boko Haram went berserk on Wednesday when they invaded Gwoza,Borno State, killing scores of people in the village.
We gathered that the militants engaged members of the Nigerian military as they struggle to reclaim the village from Boko Haram. It is not clear if the military succeeded.
