THE WORLD’S richest “super-donor” is looking to expand his empire—one baby at a time.

Pavel Durov, the eccentric billionaire founder of Telegram, has made an eye-popping offer to women across the globe: Free IVF treatment if they choose to have a child using his “high-quality” DNA.

The tech mogul, 41, who is currently worth a cool $17 BILLION (£13.5bn), revealed he has already fathered more than 100 biological children across 12 different countries. But the man dubbed the “Russian Mark Zuckerberg” isn’t stopping there.

In a move that sounds like a plot from a sci-fi thriller, Durov is footing the bill for expensive fertility treatments at select clinics—on the condition his sperm is the star of the show.

And the stakes couldn’t be higher for the lucky offspring.

Unlike most anonymous donors, Durov’s biological brood could be in line for a slice of his massive tech fortune.

”I want to help families who struggle to conceive,” the reclusive genius claimed. “I have a civic duty to share my genetic material with the world.”

Durov first started donating his “seed” 15 years ago to help a friend in need. Since then, his “super-donor” status has become the stuff of legend.

100+ Kids: Spread across 12 countries, from Russia to the UAE.

The Brains: Durov claims his DNA is “top-tier,” crediting his ascetic lifestyle of no meat, no alcohol, and daily ice baths for his “prime” genetics.

The Loot: With a $17bn net worth, his biological kids are arguably the most valuable “accidents” in history.

While some desperate couples have hailed him a hero, others are calling the scheme “bizarre” and “megalomaniacal.”

One ethics expert told The SCM: “It’s one thing to donate to a sperm bank; it’s another to actively recruit women to create a mini-army of billionaire babies. It’s more Blade Runner than Baby Boom.”

Durov, who lives a nomadic lifestyle and is currently facing legal drama in France, plans to “open source” his DNA so his children can eventually find each other. Talk about a crowded family reunion!
