LAGOS, Nigeria – Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu has released a video of what actually transpired at the inauguration of Professor Charles Soludo as governor of Anambra State.
In the 60 seconds video, which was a clear depiction of what transpired, former First Lady, Mrs Obiano walked from her seat to where the Bianca was sitting, had altercation with her in Igbo language and raised her hands at Bianca, calling her a bitch, perhaps not with intention to slap but to demean her for staying away from All Progressive Grand Alliance(APGA) during the election.

It appears she reached out to the headtie of Bianca who waived out her hands away with her hand fan before giving her a dirty slap.
