LAGOS, Nigeria – The exceptionally pretty lady, the Nigerian Beyonce moved closer to the grand prize when she cruised into the top 7 in the Nigerian Idol musical show on Sunday. Other top musicians who joined her in the top 7 are Akunna, Emmanuel, Comfort, Kingdom, Faith and Francis.
Beyonce set the stage on fire when she thrilled the audience with her performance of ‘Unfaithful’ by
Rihanna. Emmanuel surprised many with his superb handing of the Kiss From A Rose by Seal. It was awesome and adjudged as one of his best so far.

Akunna was equally impressive and was in her best element when she secured the 7th spot with How Do I Live originally done by LeAnn Rymes Cibrian. She is already see as the best gift from Nigerian Idol even as many see her as another Omawunmi to come out of the Nigerian Idol show.
The Bayelsa boy, Kingdom was also exceptional on the stage, and was a theatrical spectacle in his performance of ‘Unbreak My Heart’ by Toni Braxton.
Same could be said of Frances, who many described as unbelievable, by setting the bar higher with each performance. Faith was equally not a pushover. He was in his best when he took on one of Michael Jackson songs. It was so impressive that Obi Asika said Michael Jackson will be happy wherever he is.
Daniel gave his all but it seems his best was not good enough and had to exit the stage for the show to go on.
