LAGOS, Nigeria – Belka and Strelka, two pretty dogs have safely returned to earth after orbiting the planet.
They were the first living creature to orbit the planet earth.
Sixty years ago, the two dogs boarded Sputnik 5 and completed 17 orbits around the earth.
According to RT News, the dogs spent 25 hours in space and travelled 700,000 kilometers.
The returned to earth safely after the trip.
